Is Vetport medical record system difficult to use?
The logic that runs Vetport’s EMR is extremely complex, but we have made it as user friendly as possible. That said, it will require a commitment from the user to become comfortable with it. The POMR (Problem Oriented Medical Record) is a complex system on its own. We believe Vetport’s allows a thorough POMR to be kept that would otherwise be virtually impossible by hand. If you are ready to practice at the next levels then Vetport’s POMR/EMR is worth learning.

Can I have the Scheduler open while doing other tasks?
Yes. Any Window that you open can remain open while doing other tasks. You will also notice that information in background Windows will automatically update if the data is changed in another Window.Very easy. When I exit MDC, and I select Backup, where does my file get backed up to?
When exiting MDC, if you select backup, your MDC file is automatically backed up to the previous backup location.
